Portland Ultimate offers a variety of programs for Portlanders of all ages, including elementay, middle, and high school leagues; adult leagues; and youth camps for Ultimate and disc golf during summer and school breaks.
These leagues offer opportunities for youth of all ages to play ultimate in Portland. They tend to offer a main season in the spring, as well as fall fives, a winter league where players play outside of their school teams, and a winter goaltimate league. Portland Ultimate also offers a variety of leagues for adults of all ability levels, all four seasons. These can be a great way to start playing, or a casual way for experienced players to find opportunities to play. There are men's and women's leagues, as well as mixed leagues. You can register with a team, or as a free agent. Mixed league registration spots for free agents often disappear quickly, especially for men.
